If your order is late because you didn’t upload the necessary attachments or documents, you can’t get a refund. To avoid this, please make sure to include everything that is needed to finish an order on time.
If for some reason, we didn’t send you the first draft of your order by the original deadline, you can still ask for a recalculation according to the original deadline.
